Criteo Announces Closing of Follow-on Offering

NEW YORK, March 26, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Criteo S.A. (Nasdaq:CRTO) announced today that it had closed its public offering of 5,250,000 American Depository Shares, or ADSs, each representing one of Criteo's ordinary shares, at a price to the public of $45.00 per American Depositary Share. Criteo sold an aggregate of 525,000 ordinary shares in the form of ADSs and certain existing shareholders of Criteo sold an aggregate of 4,725,000 ordinary shares in the form of ADSs. Criteo did not receive any proceeds from the sale of ordinary shares by its existing shareholders.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Jefferies LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
